Ways to Give
Donate Food to Hawaiʻi Foodbank Kauaʻi
Food donations are vital to our ongoing mission of collecting and redistributing millions of pounds of food to vulnerable members of our ʻohana
Because of Hawaiʻi’s unique geographical location, physical food donations remain an important part of Hawaiʻi Foodbank Kauaʻi’s operational model. Your food donations help us quickly stock our shelves and maintain the flow of food to those in need. We obtain food from manufacturers and growers, distributors and wholesalers, grocery stores, as well as community food drives and individual donations. Whether you plan to make a difference on your own, as a member of a team or on behalf of your business — there are a variety of ways for you to donate food.

Drop Off Food in Your Neighborhood
Looking for a convenient place in your neighborhood to drop off your food donation to the Hawaiʻi Foodbank Kauaʻi? We’re proud to partner with NAPA Auto Parts as year-round food donation drop-off sites. Keep an eye out for a Hawaiʻi Foodbank collection bin at their locations.

Food Industry Partners
While community food drives and individual food donations are extremely valuable, the scale of our work also requires the support of donors in the manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, produce and agriculture, and food services industries. The ongoing support of food industry donors is paramount to helping us nourish hundreds of thousands of Hawaiʻi residents each year.
For food industry donations, contact Teri Luna, Director of Product Resourcing, at teri@hawaiifoodbank.org or 808-954-7860.
