Agency Portal

Welcome to our Agency Portal, where you’ll find important updates and information for your food partner agency.

As a food partner agency, you play a vital role in distributing food to our communities. Food partner agencies are the most significant distribution avenue in our network – we cannot nourish our ‘ohana without you. Hawai‘i Foodbank is here to help your food partner agency be the best it can be. Please take advantage of our resources below:

Partner Agency Distribution Center Appointments

  • Appointments cannot be scheduled within 24 hours or more than one week in advance.
  • Your agency may only visit the distribution center once per day.
  • Same day appointments are not allowed.

Become a Food Partner Agency

In order to gain and maintain partnership with Hawaiʻi Foodbank, our food partner agencies must meet minimum requirements as set out by Feeding America and Hawai‘i Foodbank. By federal law, a 501(c)3 or other tax-exempt organization must be responsible for the handling and distribution of food received by Hawai‘i Foodbank.

If you are interested in becoming one of our food partner agencies, contact Naomi Save, agency partner network manager, at naomi@kauai.hawaiifoodbank.org.
